In order to avoid of abuse in the market of governments tender, to creation of competitive environment and to avert corruption, the national administration has introduced lawgiving mechanisms of regulation of state procurement process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government procurements have changed several times. The existing law of government tenders contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of national finances.
